Development Permit does not take effect until twenty one (21) days from the date of this notice.
Any person affected by a development permit for a Discretionary Use may appeal the decision in writing stating reasons for the appeal. The appeal shall be delivered either personally or by mail to the Cypress County office, no later than 21 days following the date of this notice to Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. There is a $200.00 fee for the first appeal received on an application.
